The Project

The Helping Hands for Mathematics Learning project is a collaboration between researchers at the University of Iowa and Michigan State University. Our combined expertise is on factors that promote or enhance learning and memory. The Helping Hands project is investigating ways to improve mathematical learning in children. The ultimate goal of the project is to better understand what improves learning across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
